The CFL license is a required license for small business commercial lending activity in California and opens a realm of business opportunities. California makes up 30% of business loans in the USA.
California Department of Business Oversight California Financing Law requires the licensing and regulation of finance lenders and brokers making and brokering commercial loans. Department of Business Oversight (DBO) provides protection to services to businesses engaged in financial transactions by regulating a variety of financial services, products and professionals.
